Main responsibilities:​​
  • Redesign and manage the international student exchange program.

  • Design and manage the short-term faculty exchange program.

  • Planning and execution of the annual CONAHEC conference on higher education.

  • Assistance in the design and implementation of the North American Center for Collaborative Development (NACCD). (Project funded with a $150,000 USD grant from the U. S. Department of State, Mexico’s Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores and Canada’s Global Affairs.)

Oversee all program preparation logistics, applications, personnel, budgets, curricular development, and assessment including curriculum, orientation, mentor matching, cultural trips, program evaluation, and website updates, etc.

  • Partner with other areas at the University of Arizona to research new program opportunities and promote on-going programs. Explore and develop affordable outbound experiential learning trips in the region for UA students and faculty. Promote student participation in Intercultural Competence badging program as a tool to promote participation in local cultural programs badging programs.
